elo.. peeps.. guess it time to do sum updating before i gonna be away from the com next 5 days.. hmm.. this week have been rather tight but as well as enjoyable though i was selected to be part of the structured program during physiacal training session whereby gotta train under the trainers.. man.. i realli challenging to run 3, 4 km without stoping wor.. body aching all over now.. especially it been after two week since we had such conditioning.. whaha.. but still loves it aniway.. and sumbody did mention my running has improved.. whaha.. lets hope it be better when ippt dates draw near.. haha..

On thurs, had a cohesion team building at east coast park.. by right we supposed to be spilt into three team but weather isn't kind.. drizzle when we reach.. so plan changes to whu ever wanna cycl or run do it at our own time.. so mi being the naughty one decide to cycle but june din noe how to cycle so.. haha we took the two pillion de lo.. and drive her to bedok jetty and one round up along the stretch.. in btw were lots of screaming as i am so afraid to bang into my suad mates de.. cos it also my first time driving ppl man.. whaha.. most importantly is afraid of failing sia.. cos it be so MALU.. the day ended when we celebrated shanaz and Hanz bird day.. cake was great..nice.. from coffee bean.. it ended pretty late then i expected.. hance could not make it in time for the milk run launch.. haiz.. but shall get updates from yiling.. thanks ger.. hehe

yesterdae, we had a trip to st.john island.. ( pics will be up soon).. my first time there wor.. kinda peaceful.. but ur must be wondering wat had st. jon island gotta do with prison service right.. whaha.. cos there used to keep political detainee lo.. yep.. had a round of briefing and educational tour by our ASP goh KK.. whaha he is damn interesting chap.. so we are broght around the place and ahd our lunch at the hut.. after which took sum pics and rested before we embark on the next activites.. treasure hunt.. haha before we even make it to our first chk point, the map fly out of sham hands.. thus we could jus based on our wisdom to get the chk points right.. whaha.. three station are pretty fun.. and interesting though it would be better if we could rest more.. whaha.. and the day ended with mi, june and sam went over to bugis to get ourselves some pairs of earing and indulge ourself in ice-cream.. whaha.. yummy yummy!!
