I'm LovING IT..

wooha.. hmm it been quite a mth since i last blog haha.. was pretty busy esp during weekday when after my duty gotta cum hm do do spring clean and some shopping now and then.. haha for the past one mth, work has been getting more and more interesting.. was given mani opportunities to interact with "them" , giving instructions, falling out my collegues on the same shift, handle diffcult visitors, exploring the procedure in carrying out workshop, procedures in handling various matters like compassionate leave , etc.. jus like todae was suddenly being called by the SC to report to conference room for board mtg.. oh man.. mind u, is not those small mtg lo.. all ASP and senior officer are to be present .. mostly are those high ranking de.. good exposure to sit in to listen and also discuss on sum issue that is pretty pressing.. haha mi also dunno y have the courage when it was my turn to see if i have and feedback.. i blar out wat ever i had observed so as to make improvment to it.. guess wat the Superintent sae.. he commented i have interesting ideas.. faint.. my heart almost stop for a momment.. supt is sumone who oversee everything in the institution.. so can also consider big boss ba.. whaha.. but all of hem are also a nice chap.. esp.. my dear collegues who we joke ard with, dealing with different tactic on different visitors whaha.. aldo get to watch a lil of mr bean while censoring...sum stuuff.. haha did two hopurs of ot too for the past two dae.. cos there is realli lots of piles of magazine waiting to be cleared.. mymy... haha must be we tok too much during normal hr.. haha but i dun mind the ot.. in fact is ask chief to give it to mi.. oppx.. haha.. siao hor.. but jus like the working enviroment there.. can't help.. maybe jus fated with PRIS ba.. haha had mani heart to heart dialogue with my senior.. halizah ar.. haha a mother of a son.. wah... definitely a strong women..though she may look small lo.. opps.. haha.. also lots of teasing with mi and one of our SC guys .. ha haha.. basically i been learning each and everydae i guess.. regarding to values, management.. and mani mani..

One of the incident that taught mi a lot is none other den facilitating the "moving on" workshop.. in the start, gotta register all the families members, den brief them the rules when they see their loves ones den bring them to out hall, there they will sit with their loved one to interact.. as for us, we needa to patrol to make sure they dun violate ani rules den we also sit in and learn from the counsellor interms of gfamily managemnet.. as if i not wrong did heard the counsellors once mention.. often we look at the flaws of others, but fails to look at the good in others.We are all worthy and have mani positive qualities. despite our mistake we are still worthy. theus is a workshop to reaffirm ourselves.. and ask ourselves how mani of us do comunicate with our families members when we have the time together to thank one another for her postive qualities.. as time goes by, ppl grown up, thus feeling are not reveal tat freeely hence the sense of loneliness and feeling not be appreciated cum in.. thus i have learn that is is always important to c the good in everyone out there before we start to reprimand the person.. try it.. it is definitely more effective.. whaha..

Recently also draft up a goal plan.. for the next three yrs.. whaha towards 2010.. from now till sep'07 i be undergoing My basic training course at HTA so afterwhich i will work for a yr.. meaning till sep 2008 as a full time officer.. den will apply to get subsidy to gain entry to take up part time physcology or correctional managment.. both of which is relevant to my field of work.. whaha.. summore can get subsidy and a degree.. hmm.. look attractive.. think it be more or less like tat ba.. so by then settle, hope 2010 i can start my part time uni le.. whaha.. though it be a lil tough but for the sake for my own career path it is definitely worth it as our department has also been encouraging us to continue study.. yeah.. so i m gonna be inline with tat whaha..

oh ya.. also past few week evening has also been jogging with ben.. near my house whaha.. one of my squad mate in coming march.. also my personal trainer la.. whaha.. tmr den goining wif bro to watch jus follow law.. got 1 buck discout.. cos civil servant ma.. and also getting him a pair of shoe haha.. cool.. gotta catch it tmr.. before i enjoy the coming new yr eve.. yeah...!!!
